(2-8 players) - Small group approximately the same age and skill level. This is the most popular and most often recommended training model. It allows kids to work together and cover the fundamentals then implement them in actual game scenarios not possible in the individual training model.
(8 or more) - We’ll Work through a skills session as a team And push each other in a competitive atmosphere
This will be a 90 minute session. 30min focused on core strength, conditioning and explosiveness. 60min basketball.
